Good afternoon,First of all thanks for your time and for joining us this week in SOL Talks!

1. Can you please tell us something about you?Hi there!, my name is Carmen, I´m from Seville. I work as a Responsible Customer Service in Vivisol Iberica since 2013.

I have been working in Home Care Services for 14 years in our Medical center in Seville dedicated to the attention and management of the all respiratory therapy and other disciplines like psychology, psychiatry…For me, the most important thing in our business is the quality of life our patients!

2. Carmen, can you please tell us something more about your department?The Customer Services department is the most important information center because here is where born excellence and the different between companies with the similar characteristics.

Ours services are available 24 hours 365 days per years to help and give solutions with a human staff trained in quality and professionalism.We works in four big health areas giving information and personal attention about respiratory therapy.Also, we offer attention in home care services for private company, emphasizing by efficacy, efficiency and best practices.

Vivisol, in my point of view, it´s like my family. I feel comfortable when I´m with my colleagues and with others colleagues from different countries.Vivisol and Sol Group it´s a big family because you can grow up personally and professionally. It´s a place where you can feel safe and comfortable for give opinions and solutions for search the best way to get the success!

3. With your experience, what do you like most about the SOL group and Vivisol?

I have a pretty family, one son and one daughter and a dog (named Maggi) and I have a great passion for they.I also have a flat in the most beautiful beach into Andalusia in Islaantilla (Huelva)Andalusia, Seville, Huelva are a wonderful places to visit, with beautiful beaches and friendly people. When you visit this places, you should drink “gazpacho”, beer and white shrimp. It´s wonderful! The best time to visit it is in spring because the weather it´s nice and there is an especial atmosphere!

4. What are you passionate at? Can you please tell us more about your hobbies and interests?
