• Leasing or PPA financing instrument with state

guaranty for municipalities’ cleantech investments

• Extension of house renovation tax deduction from

installation work to energy saving or renewable

energy equipment

=> Benefits: more jobs, more state income, better trade

balance and improved exporting conditions
