Solid Waste Management Objectives

Maintain all account information on Lucity for centralized access

Maintain Inventory and location of all dumpsters and other containers

Maintain customers billing information for each container assigned

Maintain pickup list in order of pickup for each route by day

Support easy-to-use mobile mapping & optimized visualization workflowsAutomatically generate a work order for each daily route with a list of addresses in the order of pickup

Maintain history by date and time for each pickup

Attach pictures during pickup if a container is overloaded and clean-up is needed

Return on Investment

Processing time for each request reduced from 18 minutes to 4 minutes for a savings of $6 per request. Annually we have 2100 Service Requests which translates to $150,000 in work time savings.

One time costs for 3 tablets and software were $6000 with annual re-occurring costs for cellular data connection and software maintenance equal to $800 x 3 or $2,400.

ROI in first year = $144,000
