The  influence  of  alcohol  concentration  on  the  dissociation  constant  of  phenobarbital  

Ø The  solvent  that  enhance  the  solubility  of  drugs  (weak  acids  and  bases)  they  cause  a  change  in  the  dissociation  constant  as  shown  in  phenobarbital.
