Berg aktiv ist ein buntes Fit- und Vitalprogramm für Jung und Alt. Ob bei Sonnenschein oder Regen, das Programm steht allen Gästen der Gerloser Berg aktiv-Mitgliedsbetriebe von 27.06. - 24.09.2021 kostenlos zur Verfügung. Berg aktiv ist ein Programm, das auf das Zusammenspiel von Bewegung, Entspannung und Ernährung abgestimmt wurde. Für Wanderungen werden feste Schuhe benötigt. Bikes für die Biketouren, Bergschuhe, Regenbekleidung, Rucksäcke und Teleskopstöcke können vor Ort bei den Sportgeschäften aus-geliehen werden. „Berg aktiv“ is a varied fitness and vitality program for young and old.Whether there  is sunshine or rain, the program is available for all guests of the „Berg aktiv“ member accommodations free of charge from 27th of June to 24th of September 2021. „Berg aktiv“ is a program which seeks a balance between exercise, relaxation and healthy nutrition. Walking shoes are required for all hiking tours. Bikes (for bike tours), hiking boots, rainwear, backpacks and telescopic poles can be rented at the sports shops.

10.00 Uhr EINSTIMMUNGSWANDERUNG INS SCHÖNACHTAL Hike in the „Schönach“ valley Treffpunkt: Musikpavillon Schöne, leichte Wanderung in herrlicher Natur in das Schönachtal

zur Lackenalm (1.400 m). Nach einem Einkehrschwung spazieren wir in gemütlichem Tempo zurück nach Gerlos. Sie erhalten interessante Wandertipps und einen Einblick in die zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten in Gerlos. Gesamtdauer: ca. 4 Std., Gehzeit ca. 2,5 Std.

Meeting point: music pavilion Gentle hike through wonderful nature in the “Schönach” Valley.

After a stop at the hut „Lackenalm“ (1.400 m) we walk back to Gerlos in a comfortable pace. You get interesting hiking tips and an insight in the numerous hiking possibilities around Gerlos. Total duration: approx. 4 hours, walking time: approx. 2.5 hours.

15.00 Uhr FLYING FOX Treffpunkt: Parkplatz Klettersteig/Flying Fox (Riederklamm) Unser Highlight für Adrenalin-Süchtige: 2 Flying Fox Routen

auf 80 m Höhe und 200 m Länge! Nutzung nur mit Guide und bei trockenen Wetterverhältnissen. Wichtig: gutes Schuhwerk (Berg- oder Trekkingschuhe)! Dauer ca. 2 Std., Preis: € 20,00 pro Person. Nur gegen Voranmeldung in Ihrem Berg aktiv Hotel oder im Berg akiv Büro!

Meeting point: Parking place “Riederklamm” (Ried) Our highlight for adrenalin junkies: 2 flying fox routes at a height

10.00 Uhr KRIMMLER WASSERFÄLLE Krimml Waterfalls Treffpunkt: Musikpavillon Wir fahren mit dem Pkw nach Krimml. Von dort aus wandern

wir über den alten Tauernweg hinauf in das beeindruckende Krimmler Achental zur Hölzlahneralm (1583 m). Von dort aus führt uns unser Rückweg über die weltberühmten Krimmler Wasserfälle zum Ausgangspunkt nach Krimml.

Aufstieg ca. 500 Hm, Gesamtdauer: ca. 6 Std., Gehzeit: ca. 4,5 Std. Bitte mit eigenem PKW zum Treffpunkt kommen. (Mautstraße: € 10,00 Tageskarte pro Auto)

Wichtig: gutes Schuhwerk (Bergschuhe)! Meeting point: Music pavilion We drive with the car to Krimml. From there we walk along the old

path called “Tauernweg” up in the impressive valley “Krimmler Achental” to the “Hölzlahneralm” (1583 m). Our way back leads us over the world famous Krimml waterfalls to the starting point in Krimml. Ascent: approx. 500 m, Total duration: approx. 6 hours, walking time: approx. 4.5 hours. Please come with your own car to the meeting point. (toll road: € 10,00 day ticket per car).

Important: good footwear (hiking boots)!

10.00 Uhr SCHAUKÄSEREI Cheese Making Dairy Treffpunkt: Musikpavillon Wanderung zur Maria ins Krummbachtal. Entlang des Krummbach-

Baches werden wir an der Krummbachrast (1.480 m) die dortige Käserei vorstellen und unsere Gaumen mit einer Käseprobe ver-wöhnen. Gesamtdauer: ca. 5 Std., Gehzeit: ca. 2 1/2 Std.

Meeting point: Music pavilion We hike along the “Krummbach-Creek” to Maria in the

“Krummbachrast” (1,480 m) and there we present you the local cheese dairy and enjoy a cheese tasting. Total duration: approx. 5 hours, walking time: approx. 2.5 hours.

Nordic Walking Trainer, das dynamische Gehen mit spe-ziellen Carbonstöcken. Diese Bewegungsform bietet ein sanftes Ganzkörpertraining für alle. Auch für Einsteiger ideal geeignet. Lauf- oder Trekkingschuhe von Vorteil. Dauer: ca 1,5 Std. (Unkostenbeitrag für Stöcke € 3,00).

Meeting point: Music pavilion Get to know this dynamic way of walking with our qualified

Nordic walking guide. Because you use specially designed carbon poles, you also work your upper body so it is a complete body workout. This activity is also suited for beginners. Running or light hiking shoes are recommen-ded. Duration: approx. 1.5 hours (rental charge carbon poles: € 3,00).

10.00 Uhr WANDERUNG ZUM ISSKOGEL Hiking tour Isskogel Treffpunkt: Musikpavillon

Wir fahren mit der Isskogel-Bahn (Unkostenbeitrag Bergfahrt € 11,00 bzw. Berg-/Talfahrt € 16,00) zum Arena Center Isskogel Restaurant (1.900 m). Nach einer kleinen Warm up - Einheit wandern wir entlang des Ebenfeldes zum Isskogel-Gipfel (2264m) und von dort retour zur Latschenalm (1.950 m). Gesamtdauer: ca. 5 Std., Gehzeit: ca. 3 Std., Aufstieg ca. 350 Höhenmeter. Wichtig: gutes Schuhwerk (Berg- oder Trekkingschuhe)!, evtl. Badesachen.

Meeting point: Music pavilion Ascent with the cable car „Isskogel“ (costs: € 11,00 or ascent/

descent € 16,00) to the Isskogel Restaurant (1,900 m). After a small warm up we walk along the „Ebenfeld“ to the Isskogel summit (2.264 m) and from there back to the Latschenalm (1.950 m). Total duration: approx. 5 hours, walking time: approx. 3 hours, Ascent: approx. 350 altitude. Important: good footwear (hiking boots or trekking shoes)!, possibly swimsuit.
