Project Abstract BFA is a single electronic gateway through which customer can send payment and collection instructions directly to Bank. It enables customers to make automated same day and three day payments in the UK, make electronic international payments, issue currency drafts and Sterling drafts, transfer funds between their UK accounts in Sterling and other currencies, collect direct debits from UK, print and issue large volume of cheques, with accompanying letters or remittance details, instruct us to print and distribute customized remittance advice, issue payments to be processed by automated clearing houses in several overseas countries. Any number or combination of these transactions can be included in the same file and transmitted to Bank through a single channel. The service will identify and route transactions according to agreed criteria with Business.

movement of ProC and C++ code to completely new infrastructure, with different compiler, different database and different versions of MQ/CD. This project has a huge impact and I was POC from BFA and owned all the requirement gathering, design inputs, code changes, version control, testing, implementation and post implementation support for this project.

Involved in high level design and detailed design and development of complex interfaces with various downstream systems and impact assessment of business critical changes requests during the project life cycle and review.

Managing end to end off-shore delivery by preparing & executing delivery plan and release schedule and synchronization with overall project schedule and testing timelines and on time delivery of releases while maintaining high quality standards with all necessary documentation. Providing timely progress/status reporting on all aspects of application delivery team deliverables and maintaining RAIDS up to date with proposed resolution and action owners and raising alarm whenever applicable for smooth progress of the project.

Project Abstract Tallyman is the new product launched by Barclays for Collections and Recoveries to support the secured and unsecured lending domain. Tallyman enables businesses to achieve faster and earlier collection of outstanding debt with an agile implementation of the solution; a rapid evaluation to quickly identify the most effective collections strategies; and to make use of the flexibility within Tallyman with easy optimization of the solution to ensure that the quickest and lowest cost methods are used. Verse” initiative called as LIGHTSPEED which allow the customers to enjoy the High speed broadband service and IPTV over the same telephone line. This application identifies, analyzes and gives the detailed report on discrepant data in Legacy Systems of AT&T which hampers LIGHTSPEED initiative. Thus it enhances the probability of successful launch of LIGHTSPEED service in one go as well as save the dollars.

Project Abstract This is a testing project which involved system testing of two applications called OrderPath and NumberManager. Both these applications are developed entirely on a concept called Local Number Portability which allows a customer to keep their telephone numbers while changing the service provider, type of service they are availing or the location. The OrderPath is an interface which takes care of the service order entries input by the user, whereas NumberManager is responsible for local service management system. The project involves various TESTING procedures which include regression testing and new functionality testing of both these applications. Along with testing, tracing and logging defects, updating the test matrices and documentation also comes amongst the activities undertaken in this project.
