Medical representatives obligations are

To plan, organize and conduct visits to doctors and pharmacists;

To organize and participate in specialized medical and pharmaceutical events;

To create and maintain good relations with doctors and pharmacists;

To watch closely the sales volume in the region, as to cooperate in the overall sales increase as well;

To be aware of the competitive products, to watch their activities and to submit information;

To report about the work that has been done during the past period before the Management of the Company.

Activity Planning aimed for the Medical Representatives

Number of visits – 12 doctors and 3 pharmacies per day, for each medical representative – 1920 doctors and 480 pharmacies for one month for the whole Medical team;

Four cycles, three months each;

Targeting the doctors by products and regions;

Key messages for each month and for each product;
