The TA-A milling centre is a bed type configuration milling machine distinguished by its optimum stiffness and

complete mechanical stability.

It is notable for its long-lasting precision provided by a strict design and assembly process and high stock removal

capacity.

It is the ideal machine for high precision mould and die manufacturers and medium sized workpiece

subcontractors.

BACKGROUND CONCEPTS

Long lasting high precision

Rigid and stable design for the highest precision: all

main machine elements made from cast iron; GG30.

High performance

Its linear guiding system combined with a high

dynamic driving system yields high performance

machining results.

Heavy machine

A heavy machine compared to other bed type milling

centres on the market, supports workpiece loads up to

7800 kg.

Longitudinal, vertical and cross axes are driven by preloaded ball screws with double recirculating nuts.

Heavy-duty design combined with high dynamics provides optimum power and cutting speed capabilities.

INA linear guiding system with recirculating cylindrical

rollers on each axes (X-Y-Z) guarantees immense

stability and high precision.

Thanks to the specific SORALUCE

developments, head articulation positioning

deviations have been reduced to a minimum.

These allow for the compensation of head

kinematic values and orthogonal position

offsets (M10 functions), for any position in

the work area.

COMPACT AND ERGONOMIC

TA-A

The TA-A milling centre has been designed

to be compact and ergonomic. The machine

is equipped with a full enclosure with two

sliding doors at the front and one at the

back on the left, providing easy access to

the work area from the front and rear.

TA-A MOVING TABLE VERSION

The CNC control is contained in a CNC

pendant that can be positioned at the front

or rear-side of the machine, depending on

customer preference, to provide proper

operational control.

PENDANT AT REAR SIDE

TA-DBased on the successful TA-A concept, the TA-D

model includes an integrated rotary table rather

than a fixed table, aimed at general engineering

and the mould and die industry.

Maintaining its compactness and ergonomics,

the TA-D can also be equipped with vertical

stepless positioning heads with high capacity

electro spindles, for 5 axis continuous

machining.

With a table load capacity of up to 7500 kg,

the TA-D model is considered a heavy duty

5 axis machine.

machining as well as

deep hole drilling.

TEXTO PENDIENTE

The TA-D can be equipped with stepless

positioning vertical heads and high capacity

electro spindles. Its rotary table can support up

to 7500 kg, making the TA-D a heavy duty 5 axis

machining centre.

The TA-D, with the

integrated rotary table

and the right clamping

devices, can machine

on 5 component faces

in order to carry out all

machining in a single

setup.

The TA-A can perform rough and finish

mould machining. The mechanical

universal head can also take electro

spindles. These are perfectly integrated into

the universal head and the NC System.
