Revenue Sharing Model

Revenue sharing is the distribution of the total amount of income generated by the sale of services

between the hotels and SoulSpring management. It should not be confused with profit shares. As

with profit shares only the profit is shared, that is the revenue left over after costs have been

removed

Lease Model

Leases are contracts in which the property owner or hotel allows SoulSpring management to use

the property/asset in exchange for money.

Management Contract

Management contracts are legal agreements that enable SoulSpring management to have control

of Spa business's operations. Hotel owners may sign these written agreements directly with the us.

This typically gives the management company operational control for an established period of

time, usually for two to five years.

Our programmes incorporate a combination of Ayurvedic, Yogic and International spa therapies. We suggest

our guests to contact the spa to discuss and plan thier schedule. Our spa consultant will guide and

recommend the treatment most suited to guests. spa consultation will also include the duration and number

of treatments guests can have and the sequence in which to have them in order to get maximum benefit

Spa Etiquette

A medical questionnaire will have to be filled by all respected guests prior to all spa treatments. Guests will be

requested to be sure to notify the spa consultant if they suffer from any physical ailments, or if they are

pregnant. No treatment can be offered to pregnant ladies within the first 16 weeks of pregnancy and

thereafter only selective treatments after consultation. Minimum age for spa therapies is 18 years.

Health Considerations

We suggest our guests to arrive at the spa 15 minutes prior to their scheduled treatment time in order to

maximize thier enjoyment. Please adhere to appointments in order to take advantage of the full treatment.

Should guests arrive late your appointment will end at the originally appointed time. Any cancellation within

4 hrs of scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a no –

show.

Appointments & Cancellations

We suggest guests to schedule treatments in advance, as the spa gets busy. Disposable underwear will also be

provided and can be used as per guests discretion. Jewellery, watch etc. must be removed and kept in the

locker, therapist will meet guests and guide them to treatment room. Post certain treatments it is

recommended to stay away from the sun, so we request guests to plan accordingly. Once guests will be in

treatment room, therapist will step out while guests remove thier robe and climb under the towel for thier

treatment. Guests’ll be draped for privacy at all times For thier relaxation and that of our other guests, the spa

rooms are laptop and cell phonefree zone. Our ultimate aim is to provide our guests with an unforgettable

and totally stress-free experience. We ensure guests will maximize thier visit to the spa and enjoy the

services.
