Student Partnership Staff Partnership School PartnershipHelp provide incentives for our school-wide positive behavior support system. Students earn stamps for good academic and behavior choices, and then get to redeem the stamps for prizes. We are in need of prizes for Stamp Days.

Partnership Examples:-Baptiste Orthodontics donated pencils, chap stick, hand bands, and pencils with logo-DoubleTree donated multiple trays of cookies each month-Cici’s Pizza donated free meal coupons-Flippers Pizzeria donated free pizza cou-pons-Dave & Buster’s, Rainforest Café, Cafe Tu tu Tango and Tony Roma’s donated free kids meals coupons

Each month we recognize staff members for outstanding achievements. Some areas include having a positive school spirit, promoting pos-itive behavior at our school, having an innovat-ing and engaging classroom, and developing a college-going culture in the classroom. We are in need of prizes for staff members, such as free coupons and certificates.

Partnership Examples:-The YMCA donated free monthly passes- Southwest Orlando Eye Care donated certificates-Cici’s Pizza donated free meal coupons-Flippers Pizzeria donated free pizza coupons-Lime donated free taco coupons-Tony Roma’s donated free meal and drink coupons-NYPD Pizza donated free pizza coupons-Ale House donated free drink coupons

Donate $500 to our school through our Banner Program (we provide the banner). Funds are used to support our student and staff incentives. The banner will be displayed in our gymnasium for one school year, with a renewal option for the following year. Many school-wide events are held in the gymnasium, such as school rallies, fine arts performances, and sporting events. Your banner will be seen by students, families and communi-ty members.

Partnership Examples:Baptiste Orthodontics, Rainforest Café, and Flippers Pizzeria each donated $500 that really helped fund and strengthen our Positive Behavior Program.-Shadow Graphics donated the banners.

Help recognize students for academic achievements. We are in need of certifi-cates or freebies to use as awards.

Partnership Examples:-Chick-fil-A donated $8000 worth of food each quarter for Honor Roll students-NYPD Pizza donated 850 free pizza slice and soda coupons for Honor Roll students

Sponsor a staff party to encourage relationship building

Partnership Examples:-DoubleTree hosted the staff holiday party with a free room donation and offered a great discount on catering-Flippers hosted a free pizza party-Kona Ice donated free ice treats to staff mem-bers during Open House-Cici’s Pizza provided free desserts for staff gatherings after school-Mathnasium donated 100 free cupcakes during Teacher Appreciation Week-YMCA donated food for an after-school gath-ering to introduce a free two week open house-Baptiste Orthodontics donated an ice cream cake for staff party-Ale House hosted a free appetizer party

Volunteer as a guest speaker for Teach-In during the whole school day.

Support our PTSA in their school-wide events.

Partnership Examples:-Baptiste Orthodontics donated four Kindle Fires to the Walkathon-Many of our PIEs donated free certifi-cates or services to the Fine Arts Auction

Provide freebies as gifts for the staff.

Partnership Examples:-Café Tu Tu Tango, Chick-fil-A, Flippers and Tony Roma’s each donated 100 free certificates that were used as staff gifts at the holiday party-Chick-fil-A, Rainforest Café and Learn to Learn provided freebie coupons that were given out during a staff presentation of school PIEs

Sponsor a school wide initiative or event that promotes a safe and positive learn-ing environment

Partnership Examples:-Baptiste Orthodontics donated 200 t-shirts to promote respect as part of the character education/anti-bullying initiative-YMCA hosted 6th grade field trip

Sponsor a grade level Sea Lion Pride Rally. These rallies promote posititive behavior choices and school spirit.

Partnership Examples:-Chick-fil-A donated 420 coupons for grade level prize-JCC donated use of games and cotton candy machine

As a Partner in Education with Southwest Middle School, we recognize and thank your business in many ways, such as:

• The school marquee• The quarterly school newsletter, The Sea Line• The school website• Pictures sent to local papers• Staff emails• Morning announcements• And if you have another idea, we are open to suggestions.

• If you would like to host a spirit night, we require a minimum 20% donation back to our school. Due to the number of requests, at this time we have to limit one spirit night per PIE.
