WHAT TO BRINGAlways bring a swimming costume oreven two if you would like a dry one tochange into. We have plenty of towelsand will provide a robe and slippers forevery spa day and recommend keepingit dry if you are dining in it. If you arestaying in the hotel you may like tocome down in your robe all readyto spa. Don’t forget we also have anexcellent gym and studio programmeif you wish to bring along your trainersand many people bring along a goodbook to lose themselves in.

AGE REQUIREMENTSThe minimum age requirement to havespa treatments is 16, but exceptionsmay be made when accompanied. Thehydro pool, heat treatment rooms andSpa Garden are for the use of thoseover 16, with children’s swim times inthe main pool from 8am till 11am and3pm till 6.30pm. Children are welcomein The Brasserie and restrictions mayapply to under 11’s after 7.30pm.

Please note that children must beaccompanied by an adult at all times.

PREGNANCYWe have specially designed treatmentsfor expectant mothers and nursingmothers for this special time. Pleasenote that some of our Spa experiencesmay be unsuitable during pregnancyand we do not offer massagetreatments during the first trimester.

DOUBLE TREATMENT ROOMOur double treatment room is idealfor couples or friends to share theirtreatment time together. Please requestthis service on booking if required.

CANCELLATION POLICYPlease book in advance to avoiddisappointment. Reservations cannotbe confirmed without credit or debitcard details and must be paid in fullat time of booking.

In the event of cancellation, a 50%refund will be offered or re-booking ifavailable, except when the cancellationoccurs less than 48 hours prior to yourconfirmed date of visit, in which casethe full cost will be applied.

SPA TREATMENTSWe would advise you that you arriveat least 30 minutes prior to your firstSpa treatment to allow sufficient timeto check in, change and familiariseyourself with the Spa. As a courtesy toall our guests we do operate a promptappointment schedule. A late arrivalmay mean that your treatment timeis reduced.

SPA ETIQUETTEOur ethos is relaxation and calm. Pleasedo not allow use of your phone or otherdevice to negatively impact on therelaxation of other spa users. It is niceto have a bit of a catch up with friends,but we do ask that the heat treatmentrooms, treatment corridor andrelaxation lounge are treated as ‘whisperzones’ where we may politely askyou to keep your voice to a whisper.
