Installing Hydropool Swim Spas

The following is a brief overview on the various installation methods

for a Hydropool Swim Spa.


The Delivery

Swim Spa will Arrive on a 53’ enclosed box trailer with “barn-

style” doors

The Swim Spa can be delivered to either your store or to the

customer’s site


The Delivery

Removal of the Swim Spa from the truck will require one or more of the following:

Crane/Boom Truck

Fork Lift

Tilt n’ Load Truck

Two Basic Types of Installation

In Ground – Crib Style

Above Ground Installation


A 4”-6” concrete pad is the

recommended surface. However,

Interlocking or patio slabs may be

used.

This is the simplest type of installation and

is

typically the most cost effective.

Inground Installation – Crib Style


Two Basic Types of Installation

Use a 4”-6” concrete pad in conjunction

with a reinforced wall structure.

An open perimeter area is used to allow for full

access to the entire unit.

This method can be completed with either formed

concrete or cinder blocks in order to secure the

surrounding wall structure.
