Nestled in the countryside, in the heart of the Fraternité-sur-Lac development, SPAHAUS’ contemporary chalets are the result of an impressive human undertaking. SPAHAUS saw a number of passionate creators join forces: namely, principal project developer Michel Beaulieu and YH2 partners and architects Loukas Yiacouvakis and Marie-Claude Hamelin.

The inspiration and desire to democratize access with SPAHAUS set off many months of contemplation, observation and experimentation back in the fall of 2012. The only guiding principle: avoid any compromise and create spaces that are functional, comfortable and accessible. Thus, from the drawing board all the way to the handing over of the keys, each of our decisions has been rooted in quality, originality and conviviality.

YH2’s involvement in the project is, in more ways than one, a privilege. We are honoured that the architectural design firm agreed to apply its creative know-how to a real estate project for the first time in its history.

Adaptable according to the number of bedrooms and the optional inclusion of a spa and sauna, SPAHAUS democratizes access to contemporary, imaginative architectural design. An incredible amount of care has been put into the smallest of details, namely with regards to the positioning and layout of the chalets on-site. Each unit blends into the naturally undulating contours of the land so as to keep other chalets out of sight, hence optimizing the space and ensuring residents’ privacy.

FROM MONTREAL : Take highway 15 northbound until you reach Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts – where the 15 becomes the 117. When you reach Saint-Faustin, take the Parc du Mont-Tremblant, secteur de la Diable exit.
