Installation: Submit supplier’s installation instructions. F. Closeout Submittals: 1. 1.2 DELIVERY,STORAGE,ANDHANDLING A. ComplywithrequirementsofDivision1. 1. Complywithmanufacturer’sorderinginstructionsandleadtimerequirementstoavoid construction delays. 2. Deliverproductsinmanufacturer’soriginal,unopened,undamagedcontainerswithidentification labels intact. 3. Storeproductsprotectedfromweather,temperature,andotherharmfulconditionsas recommended by supplier. 4. Handleproductsinaccordancewithmanufacturer’sinstructions.

1.3 WARRANTY A. ProjectWarranty:ComplywithrequirementsofDivision1. B. Manufacturer’s Warranty: Submit manufacturer’s standard warranty document executed by authorized companyofficial. 1. Warranty Period: 2-year warranty on parts. 10-year supplemental guarantee - within 10 yearsofdeliverybyASI-Modulexofproductsfrommain/firstorder,ASI-Modulexguaranteestobe abletomakesupplementarydeliveriesofproducts.1-yearoninstallation.

2.1 FABRICATION - GENERAL A. General:Complywithrequirementsindicatedformaterials,thicknesses,finishes,colors,designs, shapes,sizes,anddetailsofconstruction. B. Preassemblesignsintheshoptothegreatestextentpossibletominimizefieldassembly.Disassemble signs only as necessary for shipping and handling limitations. Clearly mark units for reassembly andinstallation,inalocationnotexposedtoviewafterfinalassembly. C. Concealfastenersifpossible;otherwise,locatefastenerstoappearinconspicuous. D. Formpanelstorequiredsizeandshape.Complywithrequirementsindicatedfordesign,dimensions, finish,color,anddetailsofconstruction. E. Coordinatedimensionsandattachmentmethodstoproducemessagepanelswithcloselyfittingjoints. Align edges and surfaces with one another in the relationship indicated.

3.0 EXAMINATION A. SiteVerificationofConditions:Verifyinstallationconditionspreviouslyestablishedunderothersections are acceptable for product installation in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. B. SchedulingofinstallationbyOwnerorit’srepresentativeimpliesthatsubstrateandconditionsare prepared and ready for product installation. Proceeding with installation implies installer’s acceptance of substrate and conditions.

3.1 INSTALLATION A. Install product in accordance with supplier’s instructions. B. Install product in locations indicated using mounting methods recommended by sign manufacturer and freefromdistortion,warp,ordefectadverselyaffectingappearance. C. Installproductlevel,plumb,andatheightsindicated. D. Install product at heights to conform to Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and applicable local amendments and regulations. E. Install signs within the following tolerances and in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations: 1. InteriorSigns:Within1/4inchverticallyandhorizontallyofintendedlocation.

3.2 CLEANING,PROTECTION,ANDREPAIR A. Repairscratchesandotherdamagewhichmighthaveoccurredduringinstallation.Replacecomponents whererepairsweremadebutarestillvisibletotheunaidedeyefromadistanceof5feet. B. Removetemporarycoveringsandprotectiontoadjacentworkareas.Cleaninstalledproductsin accordancewithmanufacturer’sinstructionspriortoOwner’sacceptance.Removeconstructiondebris fromprojectinaccordancewithprovisionsinDivision1.
