the construction industry. Building Information Modeling (BIM) allows

stakeholders to create and inspect virtual representation of the Mechanical,

Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting (MEPF) systems, and other utilities. This

can be used to generate accurate shop drawings, BOQ and list of assets and at

the same time address design issues before construction work begins.

HVAC DESIGN / DETAILING SERVICES

We specialize in the simulated construction of 3D BIM models using a range of

inputs including contract documents, specification sheets, design documents

and equipment submittals. The final model is generated after resolving any

clash by re-routing ductwork, changing elevations and duct re-sizing. Value

Engineering and Design Validations are also offered.

Builders work layout

Builders work Drawings is required before a contractor can start pouring concrete on the site. These Drawings are produced from the co-ordinated BIM model after alignment with the architectural grids. Our team keeps the necessary clearances for the Builders work drawings as per the contract documents and construction codes.

Equipment Plinth Layout

Equipment Plinth Layout needs to be accurately determined to ensure the proper installation of HVAC equipment. BIM model provides accurate footprint with reference to the architectural grids and structural drawings.

Shop Drawings

Shop Drawings are created based on project standards and are useful to contractors, fabricators, suppliers and manufacturers during construction. BIM is highly useful for construction of any irregular or complex structures. We generate accurate sleeves, penetration and hanger locations from the

BIM model before start of construction. These drawings can be directly downloaded into GPS instruments for fast and accurate layout at site. These drawings are generated directly from coordinated BIM models and are detailed enough for workshop fabrication and/or on-site construction. Advanced BIM tools help in revisions management and document control.

Quantity Take-Off

BIM model generates accurate quantity of all materials. These quantities are automatically updated with any changes in the BIM model. Quantity Take-Off reports can be formatted in MS Excel and exported to a database for detailed analysis. Quantities can be generated for a specific time period or project area to help manage material procurement and save inventory costs. It is an automated procedure on the HVAC model and is 100% accurate as per the design. Quantity Take-Off covers all ducts, fittings, equipment and hangers, etc. This will also assist the project team to create data base for Asset Management.

Model Coordination and Clash detection

Clashes are resolved through sharing 3D clash snapshot. Clashes are resolved by changing elevation, re-routing utilities and re-sizing. Our QC process is managed by an independent QC team. The main objective of the quality control (QC) process is to detect errors and rectify it. Ensuring quality is a group effort and our dedicated QC team is led by a highly qualified and experienced Manager in MEP Coordination and Quality Control. The entire QC process is handled in three phases:

The model is plotted on paper and a preliminary grid by grid check is done comparing it with the original contract documents. Member of the Project Management team assists in this process. The project team leader sends a status report to the QC Department to begin QC Phase II.

The QC Team performs a more detailed comparison of the Contract Documents against the 3D BIM model. Specific Checklist is prepared to review/check the deliverables. Their main objective is to review, identify and address the following:

o Missing data Discrepancies with the contract documents Clashes (Old/New), Elevation, Routing, Fittings, etc.

o Construction point of view. No-Fly-Zones. Attribute Checking (Pressure class, Pipe material, etc.)

o Location of Equipment such as VAV, Sleeves, Hangers, Valves. Equipment Connection details as per Schematic Drawings.

o Equipment Models as per Technical Submittals. Annotations & Dimensions, Aesthetic View.

o Miscellaneous issues

Australia and possesses around 20 years of consolidated experience in building

services industry.

Before joining with Revitech, he had several years of working experience with

International Consulting and Contracting firms in Middle East and Australia.

Satheesh’s experience of being a team builder and a leader has established a

strong foundation for governance. Under his entrepreneurial leadership,

Director-Operations

Madhu Nambiar is mainly responsible for Revitech’s general planning and

management operations in India and he is the reporting head for Operational

functions. He is a frontrunner who holds a record in successfully developing

International marketing operations, plans and resolutions that projected the

growth to new elevations. An experienced planner and mediator, he has also

been responsible for nourishing several clients from Middle East and India. He

possesses a graduation degree in Computer applications and Engineering in

civil. He has over 25 years of consolidated experience in Engineering,

Marketing, BPO, Operational Management, and has also served in the Middle

East countries.

Thamban. K.

Director-Engineering

Thamban is responsible for the Operational and Engineering activities in

INDIA. Characterized as an idealistic and policymaker, he has a reliable track

record of delivering outstanding results in the growth and profitability of the

company. He has engineering in Electrical. He possesses over 25 years of

diversified experience in Engineering including MEP projects, FM, CMMS and

unified product development. He has made remarkable contribution in

Jayaprakash Periyadan is responsible for providing strategic planning for the

Middle East operations. His keenness has facilitated the business in its early

Project Manager-MEP services

Jithin Kottapravan, serves as a Project Manager, with more than 7 years of rich

industry experience in BIM. He has made extensive contribution in enhancing

the company’s productivity as well as QA/QC procedures. Prior to joining

Revitech, he has held various technical positions in engineering and building

services industries. As an active head of the production team, he is also

responsible for the overall coordination of projects with the business

development team and functions as the reporting head for support functions.

He has earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering and

expertise in project management.

Manu Prasad

BIM coordinator

Manu Prasad is a BIM Coordinator, for coordinating all services of different

verticals. In addition to his degree in civil engineering, he also possesses a

certification from Saudi Society of Engineers. With more than 10 years of

extensive experience from diversified fields like Architectural BIM Modeling,

Façade construction and Project Management from Middle East, he has

proved to be a versatile project coordinator. He has also made exceptional

contributions as an effective organizer. He gained excellent overseas

experience and has given him a unique perspective in project feasibility

evaluation. Profound in effective leadership skills, he is also an influential

Jithin Pavithran has over 8 years of experience in Building services industry

with his BIM expertise and experience. He has extensive and diverse

experience of managing MEP projects for various commercial, industrial and

residential building projects. His Primary Responsibility includes initiation,

execution and successful completion of projects, resource planning & work

allocation, etc. for various clients in Australia, Middle East and domestic Indian

Aswin Chandran, Technical engineer for MEP team, brings with him a vast

wealth of experience and knowledge in ducting, plant room design and

chillers. With more than 5 years of experience in handling projects and teams,

he possesses the knowledge and experience to transform complex visions into

an executable reality. He has earned engineering in Mechanical. Aswin

possesses 2 years of experience in construction site, 3 years’ experience in BIM

industry and has handled hospital, educational institution, multipurpose

Technical Engineer-Plumbing and fire fighting

Ajay is an experienced Technical engineer who joined Revitech as a fresher

immediately after his academics. He has engineering in Mechanical with

expertise in BIM modeling and has more than 8 years of experience in BIM

projects. A wizard in advanced BIM software, he has a proven track record

within the organization of leading many complex projects. With his eye for

detailing and the treasure of practical experience, he has been instrumental in

IT Manager

Thushara Satheesh is a computer science post Graduate and responsible for IT

and document management System. She has overall 15 years’ experience with

8 years’ in BIM documentation and providing training. She started her career

as a trainer in the various IT fields. She has completed 6 years and is efficiently

handling documentation, management, updating clients’ database and staff
