&y ec"#"on of September 4, 2005,2 the appellate court $ranted the !ot"on for *econ#"derat"on "n CA78.*. S1 9o. -0 (the habea# corpu# ca#e) and orderedthe "mmed"ate relea#e of Sherlyn, Karen and !er"no "n CA78.*. S1 9o. 00002 (theamparo ca#e).
