Why Sponsor Magic Hour?

When Ted ’s fami ly ca l l ed us f ive years ago and asked i f we wou ld be wi l l ing to drop everyth ing and do a photo sess ion wi th them r igh t away , they asked i f we wou ld g ive them t ime to se l l the ir car in order to pay in insta l lments . They be l ieved in forever . We to ld them to keep the ir car and went over the next day . Ted passed away unexpected ly ten days later . Ours were the last p ictures taken of h im and h is be loved fami ly .

We be l ieve t hat every cancer warr ior deserves immor ta l i t y . We are most def in i te l y not smar t enough to cure t he d i sease , bu t we can take some amaz ing p i ct u res t hat cou ld , indeed , l ast forever . Bu t i t w i l l take fund ing to keep a nat iona l network of vo l unteers recru i ted , matched w i t h rec ip i ents , and keep t he bus iness connected w i t h other bus inesses f i gh t ing our common foe .

money to raise money!

Host a Fundraiser!Host a Day of Magic: Dedicate a percentage of all sales to MHF on a specified day or week.

Create a Razoo Fundraising Page: Post the personal fundraising widget on your company website

Ask your employer to match: Many companies will match any donations their employees gather.then get your coworkers involved and make a team donation or holda company-wide competition

Host an: event: Host a benefit tournament, run, garage sale, dinner, etc. in memory of a warrior. Don't know how? We'll help! Just let us know!

For Photographers:

Do sessions during magic hour:

Set up a location and a couple of mornings/evenings during Magic hour whenyou'll be available for discounted mini-sessions & donate proceeds

Have Magic hour month or season:

advertise that a percentage of session proceeds get donated during a specified month or season (fall sessions, christmas portraits, senior portraits, etc.)

fundraise with your clients:

finalize your sales by asking if they'd like to donate an extra $50 to the charity you're

involved with or pick a favorite product and donate a Percentage of the sales of that

product, boosting both sales and donations.
