Wednesday, February 22, PURPOSELY scheduled the week of the 84th Academy Awards when everyone comes into Los Angeles, February 22, 2012 at 5:00 pm.

Note all my other huge events were held at the Beverly Wilshire, which is an option. Last event I had over 116 global media and over 800 guests reception style, not theatre style.

Venue: Urban Auto Headquarters - SLS Hotel and Satellite Office at the Palen Center for Media.

Other Events; During the year of 2012, the Plaza LV in Las Vegas will host 1 to 2 Urban Auto Style Celebrity Car Rallys. All accommodations for hotel and air arrangements are made, and they are reserving at our request when we are ready to schedule the dates for the reception/party with major amenities for our A-List participants.

OverviewThe Global Academy of Automobile Sciences has garnered worldwide respect in its initial stage. The Academy will determine the “URBAN and EMERGING Consumers Automotive Industry Brand of Choice” in select categories and classifications, and be-stow an award during an auspicious occasion. Ballets will be sent to large Affinity and Consumer Groups, influences, trendsetters, etc. who will cast their vote electronically.

The Academy will host an Annual Urban Awards Show during the International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan in January 2012. This will be Broadcast and Streamed Online with an interactive and integrated component.

Years ago, the concept of Urban Automotive Street Style Magazine was created by Jerome Williams, former NBA Global Ambassador and former NBA Player. Enter, L. Marilyn Crawford’s formidable business acumen,they formed Urban Auto Holdings, llc, which is the creator of GAAS and AAAS. Under L. Marilyn Crawford’s proven leadership, the Academy is launched as an international powerhouse with affiliates around the world. There is a global network of urban and emerging influencers, trendsetters, and leaders actively engaged. The International Advisory Board is made up of respected leaders in the industry, and whom themselves appreciate the best that the automotive industry has to offer. Valuable confidential sources from around the world can also submit nominations to the Academy for review. That combined with the emerging markets voting opportunities determine the winner. The Criteria Board then refines the selection to those who qualify for the ultimate evaluation.

Evaluations are based primarily on; quality, style, service, consumer opinions, technology, and select other elements per category. The decisions of the Academy are based on the demonstration of commitment to excellence in the automotive industry within its category and classification.

GAAS and AAAS is a renowned worldwide organization for awarding excellence in the global automotive sector. Each year the Academy bestows its coveted International and American Automotive Award exclusively on corporations that have been vetted as the automotive industry product or accessory of choice in that category or classification.

The Academy headquarters is based in the “Entertainment Capital of the World”, Las Vegas, Nevada, where the melting pot of the world’s rich and famous vacation, play, and work. It is the adult playground of the world and therefore, the Academy has additional direct access to key entities. The Academy will cover multiple countries and continents and will eventually have satellite offices in; Tokyo and London, Australia and Dubai, with seasonal offices in Cannes, Palm Beach, Hamptons, Switzerland, and South America.

This Award is the most prestigious emblem of achievement and true quality in the automotive industry worldwide. Every recipient is deemed to be the pinnacle quality and global recognition. The recipients are the benchmark of the Academy’s success. Every year the recipients strive to exceed the level of standards, set by the Academy, excellence in the Automotive industry. With some areas there will also be a vote by consumers matched with the Academy’s recommendation.
