Following the success of the ITU International Satellite Symposium 2014 held in Bangkok last year, ITU and the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam (MIC) are organizing the ITU International Satellite Symposium 2015 during 2-3 July 2015 in Da Nang City, Vietnam
The Symposium will feature a unique platform for governments/authorities and industries to meet and discuss issues, challenges and opportunities in the satellite industry.
The Topics to be discussed in the meeting are, e.g.:
Radio Regulations (RR), satellite international regulatory framework; efficient use of the spectrum/orbit resource and coordination of satellite networks; space stations filing procedures; bilateral agreements on coordination matters; terms of validity of filings and associated agreement.
