Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management was established in 1975 as a national institute conducting professional training, consultation and support services for HR professionals. MIHRM is the leading body for training and support services in Human Resource Management in Malaysia. MIHRM has trained more than 10,000 competent HR professionals and practitioners in both private and public sector.

MIHRM is a non-profit, non-governmental voluntary organization. The Institute is managed by Council Members elected biannually amongst the members at a General Meeting.

This inaugural International Congress brought together 400 participants from Asia and beyond to share in a programme designed to tackle issues at the cutting edge of leadership today. Upon the completion and receipt of the registration form, payment is required within 5 working days of the issuance of the invoice. Walk-in delegates with payment will only be admitted on the basis of space availability at the conference and with immediate full payment. Full payment prior to the event is mandatory for attendance.

Cancellation must be received in writing at least 14 business days before the start of the event, to receive a refund less 50% processing fee per registration. No refund will be made available for cancellation noti�cations received less than 14 business days before the event.
