I. PROJECT PROPOSAL: 2015 Intramurals in Roosevelt College CaintaA. Theme:Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success

B. Rationale: The Intramurals is one of the highlights of any school year. It is the time to go beyond the confines of academics and earn a spotlight in the field of sports. It is the time where students exhibit unity among their respective year levels, without compromising sportsmanship and in so doing, earn success.

C. Objectives: To provide recreational opportunities for the campus community, with the needed equipment. To provide an opportunity to develop motor skills; which will be beneficial throughout life. D. Participants: Four (4) Teams composed of the Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors of the Secondary High School Department.

E. Duration: One (1) week; September 6-10, 2010

Page 9VI. SECURITY CONTINGENCIESA. Security Force: provided by the schoolGuards are stationed at key points throughout the school: gates, hallways, lobbies and event venues. Gates shall be open an hour before the start of the first event/program. Students will not be allowed to exit, unless with signed permission by the school head.The Security guards are authorized to search the bags and luggage of entrants. Regular class rules and regulation, by the school and the DepEd, shall apply during the entire days of sports competition. Only the guardians, immediate members of the family, and alumni are allowed to watch the games at free admission, the rests are required to buy tickets at entrance gate. The Designated entrance gates are 1 & 4 only. No vehicles allowed inside except to the organic personnel only.

VII. MEDICAL FIRST AID CONTINGENCIES.Two first aid stations are located apiece near the basketball and in the volleyball area respectively. It is manned by nurses with the assistance of BSP and GSP medics. The doctor may not be physically present at all times but his service is continuous because of an on call status. In any case that situation needs hospital services, standby vehicles parked beside the first aid stations will serve as ambulance to transport a casualty or injured individual to the nearest hospital. The hospital options are: Marikina Valley Medical Hospital, Amang Rodriguez Hospital, St. Luke Hospital of QC., and World Citi hospital.

VIII. STAGE DECORATION PLAN2 pieces of 6x24 tarpaulin for the gym and outdoor grandstand.

The following all appear in the tarpaulin: sports title, school logo, sports theme and the duration dates.

Patnubayan nawa tayo ng Poong Maykapal.Page 20XIV. GROUND RULES1. A P500.00 fine per player for non-appearance during the opening ceremony.2. Another P100 fine for not wearing complete uniform during the opening ceremony.3. Only the players/participants of a particular event are allowed to stay in the immediate vicinity of the playing area.4. Only players and coaches can sit on the bench.5. Rule of succession must be applied.6. A team must be in the playing area 15 minutes before the game schedule.7. No coach No play.8. Complete uniform is a must in every game.9. Players should have passed the 60% enrolled loads.10. Incomplete document shall automatically mean disqualification of a player or coach. 11. Filing of a written protest will be entertained not later than 30 minutes after a contested game. Protest fee is P1000.00.12. Only the designated team captain and team coach are allowed to approach the officiating officials for further verbal queries. 13. Rescheduling of games not played due to rains, flood, etc., shall be announced through Text Messaging.14. In case of draw, Winner over the other rule is applied.15. Failing grades in the report cart shall not exceed to 2.16. Only the original copies of documents will be entertained.17. The first step to resolve a tie is winner over the other rule.18. To determine the 3rd place against the 4th place, the winner over the other rules.19. Twice to beat will not apply in the finals.
