FYI Purchasing Policy Changes• Purchases (membership, registrations, etc.) must
use UWG as address, not home address, and preferred method is check request or reimbursement.
• Software and Supplies should be purchased via ePro, not personal funds, when possible.
• Clothing/Wearable items may be purchased no more than twice per year and at no more than $75 total cost; otherwise, entire amount is taxable benefit to the employee (tracked by payroll throughout calendar year).
From SPC• Vision, Mission, Goals
– After the committee discussed feedback received from the faculty, SPC passed a motion that the committee recommend no changes to the Mission, Vision, and Goals are needed at this time.
• Current VMGs are in the 2015-2020 Strategic Plan. • Discussion and vote to endorse current vision,
mission and goals. • We will revisit as needed once a new president is in
place.
