EASTER THEMED WEEK Our next themed week ‘Easter’ will run from MONDAY 1st  APRIL TO FRIDAY 5th APRIL . We would

like the children to dress up in an Easter costume that week - just ensure that they can still do their gymnastics. THANK YOU :-)!

TERM DATES

Could parents please leave their shoes and coats in the changing rooms, as it takes up room around the entrance to the gym and delays parents in

leaving after their class which then in turn delays the next class. Thank you for your

co-operation.

Please could parents for safety reasons NOT use their MOBILE  PHONES while  in the gym especially when your child is on the apparatus.

Could parents please refrain from calling  or distracting their children from the balcony while the children are  doing their  gymnastic class.

We start our Easter break on MONDAY 8TH APRIL and return TUESDAY 23RD APRIL. The only Pre-School session running over the Easter period will be our Saturday morning drop-in session

9.00-9.45am on 13th April.

In addition we will be closed on MONDAY 6th MAY for the Spring Bank Holiday and also on WEDNESDAY 24th APRIL all of the PRE-SCHOOL classes are  cancelled, as the Wiltshire School of

Gymnastics is hosting a School  Gymnastics Competition.

After the Easter break we will start a 5 week term with a TV Theme which will take us up to the May Half Term (Mon 27th May to Fri 31st May).

We then have a 7 week summer term finishing on Friday 19th July.

A POLITE REQUEST

PRE-SCHOOL PAYG CHARGES As part of annual financial review, we look at our charges and costs. Although we have

managed no increase to many of our PAYG fees for over 10 years! We have had to increase some of our Pre-School PAYG charges in order that we can continue to provide the same

excellent experience for both you and your child.

As of April 1st, Baby Gym will cost £4.00 per session and Baby Gym Stay & Play £4.50. There will be no increase to our Slow Worms or Saturday morning drop-in

sessions.

Could parents please try and be on time for their class as the warm up is a very important part of the lesson. The dress code for gym is: Parents coming into the gym need to be dressed appropriately

long hair tied upAll jewellery removedT-Shirts( but no t-shirts with plastic prints on them) and shorts or a leotard, NO socks, dresses or DENIM please 

GYM AND DRESS CODE

As some of you maybe aware, we don’t  operate a waiting list for our after school classes.  We are unable to offer priority to any child moving up from Pre-School to full time school in September.  Any spaces that become available will be advertised on the homepage of our website www.wiltshiregymnastics.co.uk and booked on a first come-first served basis. If a space becomes available, you will be able to book on from Monday 22nd July. Your child will still be able to attend our Saturday morning 9:00-9:45 free play session until they are 5 and, you will also be able to book onto our Holiday Fun-days as of October Half Term.

AND F INALLY If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to ask the coaches and reception staff, they  will

endeavor  to help you.

As you are probably aware, WSG relies heavily on fundraising in order for us to replace and upgrade our equipment to benefit all of our users and also help our coaches get the qualifications they need.  One of our biggest FR events is our annual ‘Gymathon’ which will be held week commencing Monday 20th- Friday 24th May during your child’s regular session. Activities will depend on which class your child attends.
