Spring Sportsman’s Raffle - Sunday March 22nd 2020

closed raffle tickets helps keep our dues low

New for 2020! Renew your membership on line!

If you have not already renewed your membership do it now. There is a grace period to re-

new between Jan 1st and March 31st but you do not have membership benefits until you

have your membership card. If you have a 2019 membership card and have not renewed you

can now renew on line. You can come to the club with your 2019 membership card and the

Ontelaunee receipt with your name on it. This shows you paid your membership and are

waiting for your card. **IMPORTANT** According to our club attorney this is not allowed to

be done after March 31st. If you wait until the last minute this policy is not valid after

March 31st. After March 31st annual members must have a valid 2020 membership card. It

takes 4—6 weeks to receive your membership card.

When mailing renewals and raffle tickets they must be mailed to the Whitehall PA address located on the renewal form and on the envelope enclosed with this newsletter.

Dropping dues off in the guest pass box may slow the process. The club does not have a P.O. box at Germansville. The club address is not used for memberships. Mailing it to the club

address will cause a very long delay.

We will be raffling off guns at the picnic this year!

This year we will be raffling off guns at the picnic on August 16th. You do not need to be a

member to attend. Tell your friends and family and bring as many people as you want!

Do Not Unsubscribe from club emails We have found that hundreds of members have unsubscribed from the email list. Then when we have an event or a range closure for maintenance they complain that they never received

an email. We ask all club members to subscribe to the club email list found on the home page. The emails will offer information about events and important information about the

club. Your information is kept private and not sold. If you receive an email about a club event and do not have an interest in it do not unsubscribe, simply delete the email. Sometime you

might receive and email that is important to you.

Indoor Archery Range If everything goes according to plan our indoor archery building should be

ready this fall!

Yearly Renewals Yearly Renewals – Membership renewals must be completed by March 31st of the following year or membership will lapse. Note: According to our insurance company: If you pay after December 31st you are not allowed to use the club facilities until you pay your dues and receive your new membership card.
