1  Square Knot FLower Chain Bracelet © Joan Babcock www.micro-macramejewelry.com  Square Knot Flower Chain  Bracelet by Joan Babcock Materials Cord and Thread • 18g.Nylon Cord - 4 lengths @ 50" Beads (8 - 9) 8 mm round (crystal or fire polish) (36 - 40) 4 mm round (crystal or fire polish) (54 - 60) 3.4 mm drop/fringe (54 - 60) 8° seed beads (108 - 120) 11° metallic bronze seeds (2) 8 mm jump rings (1) lobster clasp Part 1 - Starting the Bracelet 1. Fold each of the 4 cords in half and attach them to one of the 8 mm rings with a MH (Mounting Hitch) (see Fig. 1). • There are now 8 warp cords hanging downward. I will refer to them as Cords #1 - 8 according to their sequence from left to right. 2. Row 1 - Take Cds #1 -4 and make a SQK (Square Knot) with them. Take Cds #5 - 8 and make a SQK with them (see Fig. 2). 3. Row 2 - Take Cds #3 - 6 (the 4 centermost cords) and make a SQK with them (see Fig. 3). Fig. 3 Fig. 2 Fig. 1
