A programme in joint association of SKASC with Agro Green Bio life company,

Coimbatore during 14.07.2017 and 17.07.2017.

• Dhanya Sree. A of III B.Sc ECS has acted as master of ceremony at the installation of

rotaract club Coimbatore unit on 30.07.2017 and also achieved the best female speaker in

the rotamind on 14.07.2017.

• Athul Premkumar of II M.Com participated in Wall Painting Contest in theme of Any

Social Messages organized by Rotaract Club of GCT parent by Rotary club of Coimbatore

East on 15.07.2017.

• 52 students completed Summer Course on “Food Science”, 21 students completed

Summer Course on “Managerial Accounting”, 212 students completed Summer Course on

“Digital Media”, 449 students completed Summer Course on “International Marketing”

and 93 students completed Summer Course on “Music”. Totally 827 students completed

the Courses offered by Concordia College, New York during 17.07.2017 to 21.07.2017.

• Seven students of BCA & M.Sc SS attended a seminar on “Career Opportunities and

Industry Expectations” held at SNMV, Coimbatore on 18.07.2017.

during July, 2017.

• Dharani S and Chris Shruthi A has cleared CPT Exam of The Institute of Chartered

Accountants of India during July, 2017.

• All the ECS students have been enrolled on NPTEL online certificate courses. Final year

Students (III. B.Sc. ECS and II M.Sc. ECS) and First year (I B.Sc ECS) students have

registered for Soft Skill Course that is offered by IIT Kharagpur. II. B.Sc. ECS students

have enrolled for C programming Course offered by IIT Kharagpur during July, 2017.

• Five students of III BSc CSA ‘ A’ attended an Implant training programme at BSNL,

Coimbatore during July, 2017.

• M.Hariharan II B.Com A&F-‘B’ has cleared Common Proficiency Test conducted by

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India during July, 2017.

29.07.2017 to 06.08.2017.

• Mr.Muthu Prakash of Final year MSW created awareness on Elder Abuse and educated

• 1931 files were uploaded through Myklassroom.com by faculty members and students for

the purpose of academic and administration. 725 assignments were submitted by students,

29461 links have been uploaded to facilitate the students with recent information and

comprehensive descriptions.

• Department of Computer Science Streams conducted Spoken Tutorial online test for

second year UG students on 07.07.2017 & 31.07.2017.

• Doctoral Committee meeting has been conducted for Mrs. S. R. Umamageswari and

Ms. A. Sithara, Ph.D Research scholars of ECS on 17.07.2017.

• End Semester examinations for Semester V – A for Final year UG conducted during

27.07.2017 & 31.07.2017.

• Ms. S. Priya, research scholar of Computer Science completed M.Phil viva-voce thesis

entitled “Privacy Preserving Grid System for Location Based Queries” on 27.07.2017.
