Such tyran- nical tactics are aimed to break the will of pro-freedom leaders who are successfully running the mission for right to self deter- mination,” a spokesman of the conglomerate said. He added that a delega- tion of the conglomerate led by Javaid Ahmad Mir and Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi vis- ited Kulgam to express sym- pathy and solidarity with the family of Tariq Ahmad who was killed by Army recently. “Mirwaiz talked with the father of the deceased on phone and expressed his shock over the killing of Tariq. And, they added, some severely affected houses have been kept in partially damaged catego- ry and sanctioned just Rs 3800 as compensation. Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, Sajad Khan told Greater Kashmir that he will look into the matter. “I will send additional DC to verify the complaints and if they turn out true, I will take concerned Tehsildar to the task,” Khan said.
