Multilateral Systems

The Weatherford Selective Reentry System,SRS 2, is designed for existingand new well applications. It creates Level 2 junctions with full bore access tothe lateral wellbore. The system combines proven Weatherford's technologywith more recent designs developed to meet today's demand for increased wellperformance. The use of the Selective Re-entry System allows the customer tosidetrack numerous times from a parent well, while providing the ability to millthe lateral windows in close proximity to one another. The installation of theSelective Re-entry Multilateral System allows for the re-entry of a specificlateral branch at any time, while keeping access to the mainbore due to a largeID packer (ISO 14310 V3 rated). The lateral can be completed or left openhole. The SRS 2 provides operators with a low cost and reliable Level-2multilateral solution.

· Large ID packer provides access to parent wellbore ISO 14310 V3 rated to5,000 psi differential

· Flow activated lateral re-entry tool for selective deployment through multiplepackers

· Self-orienting milling and re-entry assemblies· Packer based permanent downhole orientation

· Close proximity window milling (4 feet spacing at 180 degree orientation

· No Gyro trips necessary in the re-entry phase

· Flow activated re-entry tool will pass through Large ID packers for selectivelateral re-entry

· Stacked packer capability eliminates window space-out limitations betweenlaterals

· Re-entry tool can be set and re-set selectively

· Unlimited number of laterals

The SRS 2 is ideal for building simple, low cost,and low risk junctions.
