This assignment is to be submitted in PDF format, written in LaTeX in the IEEE conference paper 2-

column format.

under this course’s page.

  Late submissions due to Internet issues, inaccessibility of LMS or other reasons will be accepted

with a 20% penalty for up to 24 hours. Submissions will not be accepted 24 hours after the lapse

of the deadline. To avoid penalties, you are advised to make your submission well ahead of

time.

  All submissions will be passed through a plagiarism detection system. Plagiarized submissions,

due to improperly referencing or direct copying from other sources will receive at least an

automatic 0% credit for this assignment and up to a direct F grade for the course. The final right
