The annual “St. Oliver’s Walk”, around 7 churches inDrogheda takes place on Saturday 1st June. Participants maycommence the walk anytime from 10.30am to 4.00pm regis-tering at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Walkers will pass manyof the sites and streets associated with St Oliver Plunkett. It isa spiritual/reflective walk and can be done at your own pace,whether on foot, bicycle or in a wheelchair. A souvenir pass-port will be provided at the start, and a certificate presented

The St Oliver Plunkett Festival of Prayer will commence on Saturday, 25th May in St Peter's Church, Drogheda at the 6.15pmMass. A number of Relics of St Oliver will be presented to the Knightsof St Columbanus, who will bring them to Churches, Nursing Homes,hospitals, Mass Rocks and prisons for veneration.  Approximately 15,000 Prayer Cards to St Oliver will be handed out over this period. In excess of ninety nine locations will be visited during the month.

The Festival will end with a Triduum of Masses in Drogheda..
