CANTEEN ROSTER Plant Stall News…

Thank you to everyone who has donated

plants for our plant stall at the upcoming fair. However, we do still need more!

Donations can be left behind the convent, but please let the front office know you have put them there so that they can be watered.

COUNTRY FAIR SET-UP

We need help on Friday from 1:30pm to set up for the Fair. Please come along as there are many varied jobs to be done.

NEWS FROM THE FAIR COMMITTEE…

Volunteers for stalls - Please don't forget to place your name on the rosters to help on one of the stalls. The rosters are hanging up in the undercover area. MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK!

Baked goods - Plates are being sent home tomorrow for your donation to the produce stall. Bake up your favourite slice, cake, biscuits or whatever and return them either on the Friday before the fair, or on the morning itself.

We also still need: 1 litre plastic bottles, cleaned and with lids Jars, cleaned, with the label removed Donations for the chocolate wheel

Lucky $3 Jars - Filled jars need to be returned by next Wednesday, 1 June. If you are unable to fill a jar, please return the empty jar.

From now till the school fair Mikaela’s Photography is offering up to 1 hour outdoor Photoshoots for $125 including photos on CD

with part proceeds going to St Joseph's school.
