COME TO ADORATION

The best time you will spend

on earth !

Come with me by yourselves to a

quiet place and rest. Mk 6:31

“Jesus is waiting for you in the chapel. Go and find him when your strength and patience are giving out, when you feel lonely and helpless. Say to him: “You know well what is happening, my dear Jesus. I have only you. Come to my aid…” And then go your way. Don’t wor-ry about knowing how you are going to manage. It is enough to have told our good Lord. He has an excellent memory.” St. Jeanne Jugan In the Garden of Gethsemani, before His crucifixion, Jesus asked His Apostles, “ Could you not keep watch with me for one hour?” Spending one hour with Jesus thus became a tradition in the Church.

Hours that need an honor guard are; Sunday 5 a.m., 1 p.m., 8 p.m., Monday 11a.m., 5 p.m. Tuesday 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5p.m., 8 p.m., Wednesday 6 a.m., 9 a.m., Noon Thursday 7 a.m., Noon Friday 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., Noon Saturday 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 7p.m., 8 p.m. To schedule your holy hour with Jesus, please call Paulette Dollarhide at 753-5449

Every First Friday of the month we will begin Devotions to the Sacred Heart of Jesus at 5:30 p.m.

St. Vincent de Paul

In this Sunday’s Gospel we find the truth that loving God isn’t merely a matter of fervor in our hearts, but that it must be expressed in doing good for the sake of

others. This month, through your gifts, the Society of St. Vin-

cent de Paul was able to show that we indeed love our neighbors by assisting 210 families, providing $1,006 in food and $1,971 for utility and rent bills.

Thank you for your support.

The Chapel will be closed for weekly maintenance on Wednesdays 10 a.m. -11 a.m. And Fridays 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Please do not water the plants in the Chapel
