This week’s + PRAYERS OF THE FAITHFUL+
To the Prayers of the Faithful, please respond: Lord, hear our prayer. For the Church, which draws her life from the Eucharist, to worship with ever deeper faith
and devotion…we pray to the Lord. For persecuted Christians around the world, especially those living in fear…we pray to the
Lord. For legislators and government leaders to pursue justice, truth, and peace…we pray to the
Lord. For federal and state leaders to enact, uphold, and enforce laws that defend and promote
the life of each human person, especially those not yet born…we pray to the Lord. For the Holy Spirit to grant wisdom and prudence to administrative leaders and educators
preparing for a new school year…we pray to the Lord. For those suffering from chronic illness to find assurance and comfort in God’s tender care…
we pray to the Lord. For renewed energy and commitment from St. Michael parishioners as we move forward
with plans to begin construction of the new church this spring…we pray to the Lord. For St. Michael parish to become a community of missionary disciples who bring their five
loaves and two fish to the Lord…we pray to the Lord.

Eucharistic Adoration Hours
We are looking to have an adorer present before the Blessed Sacrament, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Would you consider taking an hour? The benefits are out of this world. The white hours are open.
Contact Patty Marmie with questions at 402-416-4224 or [email protected]. The adoration chapel is still open, though the Blessed Sacrament is reposed. You are welcome and encouraged to come and pray anytime.
St. Michael is committed to becoming a parish
of missionary disciples.
May we become disciples who know the God who
knows us, love the God who loves us and serve the God
who serves us...so as to share
Jesus Christ with others.
