This guide was created for less-experienced users. It’s a one-click solution! 1. Register with Vultr.com 4. Log in to your VPS desktop 2. Create startup script 3. Deploy new server 4. Press “Add Startup Script” button. Type the script name, it can by anything you want. Leave script type as “Boot”. Press the big blue plus button on the right side of Vultr portal. Now select prefered server location. Most nodes are located in USA, but it’s yours to decide. Server type: Ubuntu 16.04 x64 Server size: 20GB SSD - only $2.50/mo. Wallet has been tested to work with 512MB ram, but you can choose $5/mo verison if you like. It’s also possible to change plan later. Startup script: select the script you created in Section 2. Press “Deploy Now” Your VPS is being configured now. You can open the console and check progress. The View Console is found in your server details menu. After few minutes script will finish and console will greet you with login window. Select “Other” from the pull down menu. Go to http://www.vultr.com, create account and makesmall payment in Billing section - $10 PayPal transferwill do just fine.

Your VPS is being configured now. You can open the consoleand check progress. The View Console is found in your serverdetails menu.

After first login, the password window won’t show again andyou will boot straight to desktop.

Now just run the stipend-qt.

Congratulations! You have your fully working Stipend walletrunning in VPS.

I followed your guide, but nothing is happening

This is the most common problem. Make sure you selected the installscript while adding new VPS instance. The field with script name must change color to blue.

Login screen won’t accept my password

Vultr web console has problems with keybard layouts other than generic US. Use Putty (or other SSH terminal) to connect to yourVPS, login then use passwd command to change password.Make sure it contains conly letters and numbers, no special characters. Now you should be able to login.
