Standards Process Development:

• SCE has created the Standards Process

• Standards Process is on the new website

• Feedback from Chapters, Members, Rooms, others over

the next two months until 31/12/14

• Spring 2015 update of Standards Process

• Standards Committee to be established as soon as

possible and confirmed by 31/01/2015

We will start to operate the new process immediately

Development and Implementation

Charters Development:

• Rooms and Groups draft Charters by 28/02/15

• Rooms and Groups finalise Charter proposals at Spring

Summit 2015

• SCE review Charter proposals post Spring post submit to

Standards Committee for vote
