Dearest Friends and Family, Greetings to all of you! Thank you for all of your prayers and support! It is greatly appreciated! During this past season we have been very occupied with a lot of local ministry as well as answering Hide the Word in Your Heart Club mail that is generated by our televi-sion program which is airing nation-wide. Local ministry includes, school chapels, nursing homes, inner city kids, outreaches, and ministering 3 times on Sunday at 2 different churches.

Also we have been working on legacy….what we can leave for others that will be a blessing in the future... Pictures, stories, songs,etc. We are so happy to get the “We Are Blessed” CD replicated and have been passing them out wherever we go!

“Oh Yay! We get to have fun today!” “Oh good the Star Family is here!” As we enter the two schools where we do chapel we hear these encouraging words! Chapel complete with lively action songs, puppets, object lessons and power point teaching and video clips! We have done quite a few chapels especially during Easter season teaching about Palm Sun-day, Jesus death and res-urrection, Jesus appearing to many and Jesus coming again! They are having fun, we are having fun and we are all learning more about Jesus! His Presence always delights us all.

If you compare this picture with our last picture taken at Cornerstone you will see how many lessons we have completed! Wow! Close to 30, one each Tuesday since September! The kids are really learning the Bible from a wonderful curriculum called “The Gospel Project.” They have learned about Adam and Eve, Job, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, etc… all the way to the story of Samuel! They are also memorizing Bible verses which is a joy to hear them quote! We are so proud of them! At the end of each lesson there are review questions and we are so blessed when they know all of the answers! “The entrance of thy words giveth light, it giveth understanding to the simple.” Psalm 119:130

A dear friend of ours donated the printing of all of these CD inserts which makes the CD’s look so nice! Another couple do-nated the funds so that we could get the “We Are Blessed” CD replicated! That makes it possible to be played in any CD player!

Yay! Thanks Jay, Mike and Sharon! We are passing them out to families & kids wherever we go! Awesome!

What a joy it has been to minister at the retirement and nursing homes! The people are very precious and hungry for the Gospel. Some of them are very close to Heaven in more ways than one so we take this ministry very seriously! If you need a lift, just visit your local Nursing Home and share Jesus!

4/5/2014 Dear Star Family, I love your Program, I see you on CTN at 4:00am on Saturday. I wake up early to see your program. I love your love for God’s Word. Thank You so much for helping us Hide God’s Word in our heart. Pleas pray for my daugh-ter who is a single mom with 4 chil-dren to be given God’s wisdom and love. Please send me a work-book for my grandchildren to be able to “Hide God’s Word” in their heart. Bible Bowl

Stephen coached the Bible Bowl team at St Mark which won 2nd place in the city-wide competition after a very close Championship game! Tune in each Sat. at 9:30 am 105.7 FM KHCB Houston radio.

HWH News from a closed Country The Scripture Memorization Club has grown a lot. M__ has a great love for the children. She and the teachers that are working with her there have reached hundreds of children with the Fathers' Word. They are wanting to have a 3 day summer camp for all the children who are learning the scriptures for the badges. M___ has requested at least 100 each of the first six badges and we are planning on sending them before their annual activity in July. We have purchased the badge parts and they should be arriving tomorrow so we can begin assembling them. This is an excerpt from S__'s email, a dear sister who is helping M__ with the Scripture Memorization Club. “From the 776 children that we had last year, we now have 936 and there are about 336 children learning the badges in the town of C. which had none before. The pastor now has 17 that are learning badge 7 and the pastors and teachers are desperately asking me for more badges because they are very motivated....The vision for this year is that we would reach 2,000 children for Messiah!.. This work with the children is not a game to entertain them. It's the work of the Holy Spirit in the children. I know something big is coming and I want to be part of it. Pray for us! “
