Maintain a quality control assurance program in the fabrication shop.

Constantly working with employees,answering any questions or issues they

might have. So they might produce a good quality product, and be

accident free.

Review reports daily, and scheduleproduction accordingly, working with

employees in setting up theirproduction.

Implement plant safety relatedprograms, working closely with the

plant manager regarding machineryand safety issues.

Track raw material used, and requestmaterial, such as paint, welding,

supplies, etc. to the purchasing agent.

Works closely with plant manager, inside sales, sales, Tracy, Madera and Roseville as well as other employees that I work with answering any questions they might have.

Work with maintenance in upkeep and servicing the machinery we use.
