The model STE TP G is a high shear mixer granulator designed to optimize wet granulation process with high density mixture and good repeatability. It includes features allowing control of granulation end point by time or torque.It has a bottom impeller and side chopper to guarantee the intensive mixing in a very short time period. Designed and built following GMP´s normative and pharmaceutical regulations.

Parts no contact with the product in AISI304 satin RA ≤ 0,8 μm. Air handling unit with inlet and outlet HEPA filters. PLC Siemens to manage the equipment with operator interface by PC panel. Parameters control: Temperature, air flow, vacuum, and process time.
