Welcome to Fall 2019/Institutional Highlights
• Fall 2019 enrollment on day 1: 29,619 (not finalized until ORD)
• New Vaquero mascot officially unveiled at University Roundup
• UTRGV campuses continue to grow. Brownsville’s Interdisciplinary Academic Building, home to the Office of Student Success, the Career Center, and the Department of Physics and Astronomy officially opened for Fall 2019.
• To date, UTRGV is home to 13 Colleges and Schools, including the School of Medicine, and 30 general and specialty care clinics spread throughout the region.
