Updating your whereabouts

As an athlete on the National Register Testing Pool (NRTP) you are required to provide details of your whereabouts for the whole quarter. Your whereabouts must be submitted by 23:59 the day before the start of a new quarter e.g. if the whereabouts deadline is 1 October, you must submit your information by 23:59 on 30 September. The information you provide must be kept up-to-date at all times and include the following information for each quarter:

• a one-hour testing slot • a daily overnight residence • a training location • a competition location.

There are two ways in which you can submit your whereabouts information on the ADAMS system. You can enter the information by month or for the entire quarter. It is personal preference as to which route suits you.

Quarter view Month view

You may prefer to update your information by the whole quarter if your day-to-day schedule is regular.

For example, if your daily residence is also your location for your one-hour testing slot and this is the same time for each day of the quarter, then using the quarter view to populate is the quickest method to providing this information.

To update by the quarter view go to step 3.

Updating by the month view allows more flexibility if you have a more varied schedule for the forthcoming quarter.

To update by the month view go to step 10.
