1. Access to the “Credit Cards” Page (www.asia.ccb.com/card) > Click “Upload Now” (as shown on the middle) > Go to “Online Document Upload” Page.

3. Please choose the corresponding HKID/Passport field and enter the complete HKID/Passport number (e.g., A1234567), then click “Next” .

5. Uploaded document(s) successfully and finally click “OK” .

4. Upload (Latest Income Proof) and input verification code, then click “Confirm Upload” .
