यापरु्वी डर्र्ांर् सर्व्हे र्ध्ये अर्म केले असल्यास अशा प्रकारच ेनोटटफफकेशन टदसनू येईल

यापुर्वी ऑनलाईन डर्र्ांर् सर्व्हे र्ध्ये अर्म केले असल्यास अशा प्रकारचे

नोटटफफकेशन टदसून येईल

आधार कार्म द्र्वारे सचम केलेल्या अर्ाांर्ध्ये दबुार अर्म भरलेले असतील तर फक्त एकच अर्म

भरता येईल.

र्र यापरु्वी कोणतेही अर्म भरलेले नसतील तर या अर्ामद्र्वारे नर्वीन अर्म भरता येईल.

अर्ामर्ध्ये टदलेली सर्वम र्ाटहती भरणे आर्वश्यक आहे.

अर्म सबमर्ट केल्यानंतर र्ोबाईलर्वर आलेल्या ऑनलाईन अर्म फॉर्म क्रर्ांक नरू्द करुन वप्रटं काढू शकता
