Weather modification and manipulation programs (PDF) have existed for decades.

Many that can not even begin to believe that the same US military would be actively involved with

ongoing climate modification ―Manhattan Projects‖ (global geoengineering programs, SAG and SRM).

prestigious scientists. So the referenced paper is of very high scientific quality. It‘s for real. The AIAS

group that published this referenced paper also has many other scientific publications in higher

symmetry electrodynamics (far beyond the ordinary electrical engineering and radar engineering!) in

leading journals such as Foundations of Physics, Physica Scripta, Optik, etc. Again, go check it out. This

is physics. Simply check the citations in the literature under those names. Then decide whether this is

an idle conspiracy theory or not.

HAARP: Directed Plasma Technology

HAARP employs ground-penetrating radar (GPR)

technology and a system of phased array antennas which can ―steer‖ and focus millions of watts of

energy into a small area–either above or below ground.

HAARP sends controlled and tuned bursts or streams of high frequency (HF) radio energy at Earth‘s

ionosphere. The enormous amount of energy added to the ionosphere creates a tuned vibration which

then is directed around the globe on the jet-streams. Where ever this enormous vibration ends up it

creates extremely low frequency (ELF) waves which travel down to the earth. (It can also send down LF,

HAARP was originally an SDI (―Star Wars‖) project, developed to be a defensive weapon, which could

focus huge amounts of electromagnetic energy on a distant spot, in order to potentially disable incoming

electromagnetic energy produced by laser or microwave radiation into the upper layers of the

HAARP and Earthquakes

Why so many earthquakes recently?

Ten-fold increase in major earthquakes.

1998-2008: A decade of major earthquakes.

In 1997 the US Secretary of Defense warned of: ―the use of elctromagnetic waves‖ to ―set off

earthquakes‖. There‘s been almost a ten-fold increase in majorearthquakes since that announcement.

Could there be a connection?

How does one ―set off‖ an earthquake?

Using HAARP to create explosive steam pockets underground.

An earthquake represents the abrupt release of seismic strain that has built up over the years as plates

of the Earth‘s crust slowly grind and catch against each other.

Tectonic plates strain harder and harder against each other, but due to friction, resist slipping until they

overcome that friction and suddenly, and abruptly, move. Earthquake movement may be triggered by a

relatively smaller amount of energy–somewhat like a powerful snow avalanche can be triggered by the

sound of a shotgun.

Supposedly, to create earthquakes with HAARP, mega-watts of energy are focused on underground

water pockets near geographic fault lines, the underground water is boiled, creating an explosive steam

pocket, which is powerful enough to release an earthquake.

The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of the environmental instabilities to which the

addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. Environmental

instability is a situation in which nature has stored energy in some part of the Earth or its surroundings .

Why “Set Off” Earthquakes?

As economic competition among many advanced nations heightens, it may be to a country‘s advantage

to ensure a peaceful natural environment for itself and a disturbed environment for its competitors.

Operations producing such conditions might be carried out covertly, since nature‘s great irregularity

permits storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes and tidal waves to be viewed as unusual but not

unexpected. Such a ‗secret war‘ need never be declared or even known by the affected populations.

Hideo Murai, Ph.D., when asked about the Kobe earthquake, said: ―There is a strong possibility of the

activation of an earthquake using electromagnetic power, or somebody may have used a device that

Atmosphere Above Japan Heated Rapidly Before M9 Earthquake

According to to MIT Technology Review:

Infrared emissions above the epicenter increased dramatically in the days before the devastating

earthquake in Japan, say scientists.

Teams set up atmospheric monitoring stations in earthquake zones and a number of satellites are

capable of sending back data about the state of the upper atmosphere and the ionosphere during an

earthquake.

For example, the DEMETER spacecraft showing a significant increase in ultra-low frequency radio signals

before the magnitude 7 Haiti earthquake in January 2010.

Dimitar Ouzounov at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Centre in Maryland and a few buddies present the

data from the Great Tohoku earthquake which devastated Japan on 11 March. They say that before the

M9 earthquake, the total electron content of the ionosphere increased dramatically over the epicentre,

reaching a maximum three days before the quake struck. At the same time, satellite observations

showed a big increase in infrared emissions from above the epicentre, which peaked in the hours before

the quake.

Consider this military historical note by American physicist Neil Begich‘s coauthored book Angels Don‘t

Play this HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology, (1995, 233pp.) excerpted here:

As far back as 1958, the chief White House advisor on weather modification, Captain Howard T. Orville,

said the U.S. defense department was studying ―ways to manipulate the charges of the earth and sky

and so affect the weather‖ by using an electronic beam to ionize or de-ionize the atmosphere over a

given area.

In 1966, Professor Gordon J.F. MacDonald was associate director of the Institute of Geophysics and

Planetary Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles, was a member of the President‘s Science

Advisory Committee, and later a member of the President‘s Council on Environmental Quality.

He published papers on the use of environmental-control technologies for military purposes. MacDonald

made a revealing comment:

―The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition

of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. ―

World-recognized scientist MacDonald had a number of ideas for using the environment as a weapon

system and he contributed to what was, at the time, the dream of a futurist.

When he wrote his chapter, ―How To Wreck The Environment,‖ for the book Unless Peace Comes, he was

not kidding around. In it he describes the use of weather manipulation, climate modification, polar ice

cap melting or destabilization, ozone depletion techniques, earthquake engineering, ocean wave control

an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification

1978. The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the

purposes of inducing damage or destruction. The Convention on Biological Diversity of 2010 would also

United States Patent 4712155: Method and apparatus for creating an artificial electron cyclotron

heating region of plasma

A method and apparatus altering a region of plasma that lies above the earth‘s surface at altitudes (e.g.

below 50 kilometer) where the collison rate of the electrons in the plasma is originally greater than the

cyclotron frequency of the electrons. First, artificial magnetic lines of force are established from the

earth‘s surface by positioning a loop of cable at the earth‘s surface. An electrical current of sufficient

amperage is passed through the cable which inherently generates the artificial magnetic field from the

center of the loop. The field strength B on the artificial lines in the region of plasma to be altered is

sufficient to increase the cyclotron frequency of the electrons in the plasma so that it will exceed the

rate of collosion of the electrons. The plasma is then excited by electron cyclotron resonance heating to

thereby further alter the plasma by transmitting circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation upward in

a direction substantially parallel to and along the artificial field lines. (Source)

Could Each Cell Phone Tower Be Used as a Dipole Element In a Gigantic Phased Array HAARP

Antenna?

Jim Stone implies it may be so. He writes:

I paid attention to the cell towers, and noticed that they always seem to have a 400KVA or bigger

transformer feeding them. 400KVA is approximately 400,000 watts. And I never really thought about it,

why on earth they always got fed so much juice. Sometimes you just need to wake up and start

3G Networks Use 3 Watts

An Aussie sent me the details on what the cellular 3g networks in Australia use.

Australian 3g cellular power standards (A similar standard would by default apply globally to

all cell systems because needs are similar) ―Seems our 3g network antennas use 3 watts. There

can be about ten of them in a circle around the tower though so that would be 30 watts spread over a

360 degree field.‖

[This] confirms my case. 3 watts, when put through highly directional antennas, is enough to reach 2

miles and justify having cell nodes spaced 4 miles apart. THIS MAKES PERFECT SENSE. With 10 nodes

per tower that equals a total radiated power of 30 watts. That makes perfect sense. 30 watts within two

miles everywhere will penetrate virtually anything and provide excellent coverage. And now, the rant

and empirical proof that American cell towers are either Haarp stations and/or serve a purpose entirely

different than what is claimed. (Source)

There is something fishy with the cell towers.

Huge transformers at the base of a cell phone tower.

Beyond a doubt, the cell towers in America are NOT what we have been told they are. A reader sent me

this: …..‖Jim, Years ago I owned a telecommunication and underground utilities construction company,

and many of the contracts involved bringing electricity, fiber optics, etc to underground bases in Arizona,

Nevada, New Mexico, California, and Texas. I had to go through a lot of background investigations and

sign documents saying I would not divulge where I ―my company‖ was bringing these utilities to. My

company also erected many cell towers, and I always wondered why they had us bring so much

electrical power to these cell towers. Later, the Army Corps of Engineers would install

WHY ON EARTH American cell towers have so much juice going to them.

This is a serious topic.

While in Mexico, I took it upon myself to observe how the cell system is set up. Mexico does not have

cell towers. They have cell phones galore and countless thousands of Latinos jabbering on cells

constantly, and I am blown away by how excellent the coverage is. Cell coverage in Mexico is FAR FAR

BETTER than in America, yet there is not a cell tower in sight. And I will tell you why.

Cell phone technology is as easy to implement as wifi is for a computer. It can be accomplished with the

cheapest of low power hardware, installed in the laziest fashion. You don‘t need a ―tower‖ to make it all

work great. In Mexico, the cell phone system is completely invisible, because your node might be inside

a gas station sign, a decorative rock in someone‘s landscaping arrangement, or in Hondo‘s attic. In

America, computer wifi is limited to 20 milliwatts transmit power and often, even with that tiny amount,

you can connect from hundreds of feet away with no special antennas or hardware. Your cell can

transmit 300 milliwatts. That‘s well over 10 times the power, and the range then, of your cell phone is

that much better. All that is needed to make Pedro‘s landscape rock a great cellular node then, is a 10

watt transmitter (to make sure it gets real good penetration into the surrounding buildings,) and a

receiver that is more sensitive than the one in your cell phone because you are talking back with a lot

less than 10 watts. 10 watts is 500 times as strong as your wireless N router, that comes in perfect

everywhere. A lucky neighbor might snag your unsecured router, with only 20 milliwatts of output from

over a block away with just a cheap netbook. Why then, these ENORMOUS, out in the open giant goose

interloping ―cell towers‖ in America that are obviously capable of pumping hundreds of thousands of

watts? Trust me, America is NOT doing it any better than Mexico, America is NOT EVEN DOING IT AS

WELL AS MEXICO, and I KNOW, BECAUSE I AM IN MEXICO.

And it‘s because the cell towers in America have a totally different purpose

than stated. Sure, the tower does indeed accomplish the job of supporting cell phone service, but it is

not needed at all for that purpose. They are there to hide something clandestine right in the great wide

open.

My reader stated: ―My company also erected many cell towers, and I always wondered why they had us

bring so much electrical power to these cell towers.‖ He NAILED IT. As a technical type, I paid attention

to the cell towers, and noticed that they always seem to have a 400KVA or bigger transformer feeding

them. 400KVA is approximately 400,000 watts. And I never really thought about it, why on earth they

always got fed so much juice. Sometimes you just need to wake up and start thinking. Mexico confirms

this – cell technology is totally passe‘ and a perfectly functional legitimate node can be stuck in a yard

decoration powered by less juice than needed by an average Ipod dock.

So why pump hundreds of thousands of watts?

The antenna arrays on the cell towers are highly directional. That‘s obvious. So since the signal from

them is confined to a zone, rather than going out omnidirectionally (like Ortega‘s legitimate cell node in

his attic would), whatever is in that zone will get extremely high R.F. levels. Maybe you need that much

for mind control, but I seriously doubt it. With such an ability to confine the signal to within a zone, I

would expect a mind control beam to not need more than a couple thousand watts. Where is the rest of

that 400,000 going?

My guess, is Japan, Hurricane Katrina, or Chiapas Mexico. Whatever earthquake or disaster ―they‖ need

to accomplish a political objective. And there is something you need to know about radio wave

propagation – it can be steered. So just because a cell tower appears to only be able place all it‘s RF

output within a confined zone, it does not mean that signal cannot be diverted and sent elsewhere. This

is because a neighboring cell tower can be synchronized in such a way that it steers the output from

surrounding towers to a new remote area. And that is how Haarp works, BET ON IT.

American cell towers then, I believe in this order, have multiple purposes. The first is EMF mind control.

Ever wonder why on some mornings EVERYONE seems to be happy, and on others EVERYONE seems to

be grouchy? People don‘t just naturally fall into a mold like that, yet you see it all the time. And you

never used to. This is a new phenomenon. Back in the 70‘s and 80‘s moods were totally random. Not

anymore. There are happy days when everyone is happy, and grouchy days and indifferent days. If you

have not noticed this, start paying attention. Mexico also confirms this – moods are random here, just

like they should be, Just like America was 25 years ago.

The second purpose is an occasional one – occasionally the towers will be switched up to full output to

eat a nuclear reactor in Japan via a phony earthquake scenario, or to make good and sure a hurricane is

useful for a social experiment in New Orleans. But you cannot have them humming away at full output

all the time without it becoming obvious, so the ability is likely saved for special occasions. Furthermore,

with as many as there are around, it probably does not take more than a few percent of them at any

one time to pull off something big. And this is exactly why, as my reader also stated, ―Later, the Army

Corps of Engineers would install frequency amplifiers connected with HXXrp. I believe they can control

the weather.‖ Why, pray tell, would the Corps of Engineers show up and install something in a ―civilian‖

cell tower? Think about that.

And the third purpose is B.S. – ―cell phone service‖. That‘s as close as it can get to a lie, because any

telephone pole, attic, or yard decoration would do the job as well. Mexico PROVES IT. . . .

Many people are going to respond now, saying that cell tower frequencies have a limited range. This is

bogus – it is common for microwave frequencies to link at distances over 50 miles. That‘s a lot more

than what is needed for mind control beams, when the nearest cell tower is usually less than 2 miles

away. And I can easily see that the antennas on these cell towers are not limited to high frequencies

alone. Their size is suspicious, and all it would take is a coil of wire inside one of those arrays to drop the

transmit frequency WAY DOWN, into a more effective range for weather modification and other nasties,

and the antenna would not need to be physically large at all. For reference, the longest possible antenna

needed for ANY cell activity in the U.S. is around 20 inches, for the lowest possible cell related

frequencies. Why then are the antennas which adorn cell towers several feet long? Perhaps you should

ask the Corps of Engineers, which has no legitimate business on a civilian tower yet is prevalent

What we call cell towers are absolutely not needed. They are often heavily fortified,

are always fed at least 50,000 watts, often fed half a million watts, and typically spaced four miles

apart, to give a signal radius of two miles per tower. Something is wrong with that.

The proof of how powerful they are is indicated by the size of the transformers feeding them, which are

often 500KVA and Farganne even photographed and sent me the picture of one that had to be at least a

megawatt.

WLS in Chicago transmits with five percent of that – (50,000 watts,) and can be heard clearly for over a

thousand miles at all hours of the day with a reasonable radio, and often comes in clearly nationwide. So

why do what we call ―cell towers‖ often get fed 10 TIMES THAT to talk to a cell phone two miles away?

When I was a kid, I had a set of walkie talkies that could talk to CB radios in a neighboring town when

out in the open and on top of the hill (approximately two miles distant) and could even talk to a CB

while transmitting out of the back seat of a car fairly predictably at up to about a half mile distant. These

walkie talkies had only half a watt, and that´s not even mentioning wireless N routers which can

sometimes connect at half a mile with milliwatts.

So if WLS can reach nationwide, and a kid´s walkie talkie with a laughable output can connect at two

miles, why then do cell towers often get individually fed enough juice to dwarf the output of WLS, when

a kid´s walkie talkie can hook up at the same distance a cell tower is rated for with 0.000.000.5 the

power? It would be understandable, for the purpose of penetrating the thickest walls and the darkest

cellars to equip a cell tower with 100 watts, and then give that cell tower a fantastic receiver so it could

hear the much weaker cell phone. But over that? NO WAY.

Is Haarp right in front of us, in plain sight?

There are over 200,000 cell nodes in America alone. Let´s just assume that half of them are not part of

any clandestine system. What about the other half? Well, to be on the conservative side, let´s just say

they get the minimum 50,000 watts. 50,000 watts X 100,000 ―cell towers‖ equals FIVE BILLION WATTS.

Haarp in Alaska is rated at less than 100 million. So obviously then, the cell towers have a lot more kick.

And that is a conservative guess – the actual number should probably be based on each cell tower

having 250,000 watts because I have never seen a cell tower with a transformer smaller than that here

is what a 250,000 watt (250 KVA) transformer looks like.. A transformer of this size, as small as it looks,

can furnish 5 times the power that WLS broadcasts with. A small pad mounted knee high transformer in

a local neighborhood can more than feed a 50,000 watt transmitter. But a big number is a big number

any way you cut it, so it is probably irrelelvant.

300,000 Watt Power Transformer (1kva = 1000 watts)

A cell tower should not need it’s own transformer. If you see one with a transformer like this, that transformer is NOT for cell service. This one is 300,000 watts.

I always thought it a little far fetched to think that Haarp in Alaska could affect the weather anywhere in

the world, because the earth is curved, and to affect the weather in another location you would need to

depend upon ionospheric bounce to get your signal to it´s destination and that is not predictable.

However, I certainly can buy into locally produced weather, where every cell tower in a region is fired up

in a symphony of madness to cause it. THAT would be believable, and if Haarp can tap the ionosphere

with 50 million watts, to trigger a much larger cascade from the virtually limitless power the ionosphere

contains, then the cell towers in a region certainly have enough power to do it. At 250,000 watts each,

which is most probable based on what I have seen feeding most of them, it would only take 200 towers

to rival Haarp in Alaska and do it locally, right where the action is supposed to be. And why stop at 200,

when there are at least 100,000 available? For just about any disaster in any region, there will be over

2,000 in close proximity that can team up to get the job done. Need a bigger disaster? Fire up more.

Overpowered Cell Towers . . .

In some accounts I‘ve heard of Satanic rituals, it has been said that the heinous acts they commit can

create a localized vibrational effect that allows their patron entities to manifest in our reality for a short

time. If this is actually true, can the global HAARP network and all the metal chemtrail particulates in the

air be used to create a similar vibrational effect for an indefinite period of time throughout our

atmosphere? Is that part of what all the overpowered ―cell phone towers‖ are about? Is the proper

vibrational tuning of this system what their ET/ED pals are waiting for? And do our good intentions and
