    Synopsis

    In this report we have considered different practices for managing people of Southeast Bank ltd.

    Southeast Bank is practicing so many topics to satisfy its employees. Therefore, it is very

    necessary to evaluate the practices that Southeast Bank does for managing its people.

    Throughout the report we have tried to find out strategy of Southeast bank to manage people. We

    have tried to analyze overall about managing people, is Southeast Bank effective to manage

    people or not? Then we find out the problems that Southeast Bank faces to managing people.

    After that we have analyzed those problems. We also seek out that what are the criteria of

    Southeast bank for managing of people? At the end of the report we tried to give solution ofthose problems which we got during our analysis.

    We tried to give our best performance and industry to find out Southeast Banks criteria to

    manage people and problems and at last but not least we tried to give best solution of problems.
