• Veolia recruited an extra Environmental Manager at its own cost, and completed its £150,000 investment in additional Town Centre cleansing resources

• We designed new Google inspection sheets to ensure EMs check that flytips are cleared

• We are ready for the Ultra Low Emission Zone, starting 1 April 2019
