Bathwraps warrants its bath products (i.e., bathtub and shower replacements and liners, walk-in bathtubs, wall surrounds and all acrylic accessories manufactured or supplied by Bathwraps) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use and service for as long as the original purchaser owns the residence. This will include any pumps, seals, and jets included on the walk-in bathtubs. We warrant that the surface of all products will not fade, yellow, crack, bubble or peel. In the event of any defects in material or workmanship, this warranty is limited, at Bathwraps’ option, to repair of such defects or to the replacement (with a similar item free from the defect in question) of the product. In the event of any defects in material, Bathwraps will supply free of charge any Bathwraps bath products or supplies necessary for the repair or replacement of the defective product.
