POUROS HOUSE APARTMENTSSituated just 200 meters off campus, this exclusive housing unit offers comfort and convenience. This small unit, contains six one bedroom and three two bedroom apartments with a maximum capacity of 12 residents and has a fixed contract period of 12 months.

The apartments are fully furnished with single beds, side tables, desks, book shelves, sofas, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven and a refrigerator. All apartments have controlled heating and air conditioning units.

The facility is ideal for students who wish to be very close to the university, since it is located just opposite the campus. The University offers free Wi-Fi connection to the internet. There are four internet providers in Cyprus, if a resident wishes to purchase an individual internet connection.

CYPRIALIFE RESIDENCEThis unit is the newest addition to our housing facilities. It is located practically a breath away from campus; this superb modern facility houses 44 fully furnished and equipped studios. Each studio is furnished with a bed, a side table, a bookshelf, a desk, desk chair, cupboard, air condition unit, cooker, oven, air ventilator, refrigerator and a washing machine. The University provides free land-line internet. There are four internet providers in Cyprus, if a resident wishes to purchase an individual internet connection.

All studios have a fixed 12 month contract period.

HARMONY HOUSEΗarmony is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just 800 meters away from campus. Harmony offers two types of two bedroom apartments designed to provide privacy and independence to students. Type A appartments have a dining area, kitchen and bathroom and are fully furnished with single beds, desks, book shelves, bed side table, wardrobes, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven and a refrigerator. Type B apartments contain in addition to the above mentioned areas, a seating area. All apartments have controlled heating and air conditioning units. Harmony House has a fixed contract period of 9 months. The University offers free Wi-Fi connection to the internet. There are four internet providers in Cyprus, if a resident wishes to purchase an individual internet connection.

HARMONY HOUSE APARTMENTSTwo Bedroom Apartments

SERENITY HOUSESerenity House is located 1,000 meters off campus. It consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments.

This comfortable and lavish unit provides roomy areas and quiet surroundings, since it is a small unit, which can accommodate only 20 students. Every apartment has its own living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom and it is fully furnished with single beds, side tables, desks, wardrobes, armchairs, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven and a refrigerator. All apartments have controlled heating and air conditioning units. The University offers free Wi-Fi connection to the Internet. There are four internet providers in Cyprus, if a resident wishes to purchase an individual internet connection.

The contract periods are fixed to 12 months. Shorter contracts (minimum period 4.5 months) are possible in the three bedroom apartments only upon availability, however, there is an additional monthly charge of € 30.00.

PERFECT HOUSEThis modern unit is located just 200 meters away from campus. The four bedroom apartments have en-suite bathrooms in each room. The apartments contain single bed/s, side tables, desks, book shelves, sofa/s, dining table and chairs. All apartments are equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator and air ventilator. Furthermore, all apartments have controlled heating and air conditioning units. The University offers free Wi-Fi connection to the internet. There are four internet providers in Cyprus, if a resident wishes to purchase an individual internet connection. Perfect House has a fixed contract period of 12 months. A shorter contract period is provided only for the four bedroom apartment, upon availability. However, there is an additional monthly charge of €30.00.

Description of the Housing Facilities

All students registered at European University Cyprus are eligible to apply and book accommodation in one of the above housing facilities. Space is limited, therefore students are advised to apply early. To reserve an apartment you must submit the following to the Housing Division of European University Cyprus:
