Student Ministry use of Electronic Communication

We recognize the importance and authority of your role as the parent/ guardian in the life of your student. In support of this, the Broadmoor Baptist Church policy for Boundaries for Safe Student Ministry includes your being informed regarding the use of yours and/or your student’s personal contact information to communicate ministry activities, events, and opportunities. Any and all digital networking and communications including but not limited to, phone, email, and texting, will be ministry related and within established boundaries. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal contact information or that of your student is not made available to unauthorized individuals. The individuals being authorized to communicate with your student will have read and been oriented to the Broadmoor Boundaries for Safe Student Ministry policy. Unless otherwise communicated, I consent for Broadmoor Baptist Church ministers, staff, interns, volunteers, in the furtherance of their ministerial role and ministry activities to communicate with myself and my student utilizing the contact information I have already or may yet provide for electronic communications including telephone, text messaging or e-mail.
