STUDENT ONLINE APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION SYSTEM (SOARS) ONLINE ENROLLMENT User’s Guide 1. Launch the internet browser and open the site http://soars.mc.edu.ph

2. Click on the Log in link as shows below:

3. Click on the drop down list to see the selection in Logon type. Select Student Registration

4. Type in your login ID and corresponding password. 5. Click Log in to access the system. You will now be directed to the main page for Student

Registration.

6. Click Student Registration to see the student data page and to proceed to registration proper (see the image).




7. You may change some information in your student data as may be necessary. Please note that only the data in black may be changed. Those in gray will not be changed

8. To proceed to registration, click either the Registration and Assessment tab (labelled A) located at the top part of the screen or the Registration and Assessment button (labelled B) located at the bottom of the screen. This will lead you to the next screen.

9. The screen above displays your assigned subjects. Click on the Assessment button to proceed. Another screen will be opened containing your initial assessment based on the default mode of payment.

10. Choose your desired Mode of Payment to proceed. This may be done by choosing from the list of Mode of Payments available in the Mode of Payment dropdown list.




11. After choosing the Mode of Payment, click on Select Payment button at the bottom of the screen. You will be directed back to the previous screen in step 9. Click the Register button to proceed. A new screen will be displayed containing the policies on Tuition and other fees (see below).

12. Make sure you have read the Policies on Payment of Tuition and Other Fees before proceeding to step 13.

13. Click on the I Agree box. This will indicate that you have read and understood the policies and thus will enable the Register button at the bottom of the screen.

14. Click the Register button to proceed. A prompt will be displayed as seen below. This indicates

that you have successfully completed the registration process.




15. Click OK. This will lead you to the screen below.

16. Click on the Print Registration Form button to print your Registration Form.

17. Pay your tuition and other fees at the Cashier’s Office.
