the needs of contractors in the stump

removal market, the SC352 boasts the

power necessary for right of way

clearing jobs, but remains versatile,

lightweight and compact to tackle those

hard-to-reach stumps hidden in the

backyard.

With an oscillating hydraulic steer axle,a simple push or pull of a lever at thecontrol station activates all steeringfunctions. The control console ispositioned between the engine andsteering axle and is equipped withsimple controls that are convenientlylocated to provide an adequate view ofthe cutting action. This visibility allowsthe operator to stay at the controlsduring the cutting operation.

The SC352 is available in a 2-wheel

drive or 4-wheel drive package. Engine

options include a 35 hp (26 kW) Briggs

and Stratton® Vanguard BIG BLOCK®

gasoline engine or 34 hp (25 kW)

Daihatsu DM954DT diesel engine.

An optional chip blade helps eliminatethe need for manual chip shovelingduring job site cleanup.

Electric clutch engagement. A simpleflip of a switch engages the clutcheliminating a need for manualmanipulation of a belt tensioner orengine slide adjustment.

Put customer lawn concerns torest. Spring applied, hydraulicallyreleased brakes eliminate the need todisturb lawns with stakedown devices.And at just 1900 lb (862 kg), thelightweight SC352 minimizes turfdamage.

Differential lock engagement. Apush/pull knob, located at thecontrol panel, makes differentiallock engagement both quick andeasy. There is no longer a need toclean out wheel hubs and pull a pinto engage or disengage a drivewheel in tough working conditions.
